Today we are doing something new, the first of what will be many more posts like it! Every month, we will be highlighting a student at Nyamabuga, so our family can be better acquainted with the children NEEPUganda is working with!
August Student Highlight:
Meet Syrus Barozi. He is a young man with great plans. Syrus is close to graduating with hopes of becoming a pilot. He is the face of what sponsorship can do. Thanks to the generous giving of our family, Syrus has been able to stay in school and has a bright future. His letter is a precious reminder of how even a small amount can be the catalyst for great change. For those who are considering sponsorship, take a glimpse of how sponsorship has directly impacted his life and how it has helped make Nyamabuga School what it is today! Take a look:
“My name is Barozi Syrus a student at Nyamabuga Secondary School.
I have spent eleven (11) years at this school since primary one (1) up to now when I am at the eleventh hour in Secondary Four (4). I would like to appreciate you for the good work done of providing sponsorship to me since I joined the school. I am also working hard to become a pilot. It is due to the love and care of our directors plus your support that have made Nyamabuga look so good and attractive which made me to love it and stay on it until now.
